At The Formal Club, we strive to ensure every gentleman finds his perfect fit; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn garments.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our 'Returns Center' and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is in its original condition with all tags intact and the invoice included to qualify for a successful processing.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After a quality check at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch your exchange item immediately.
